昨天来了个顾客
尽投诉些有的没的。。。
投诉些2个礼拜前的事。。。
说我们的service very bad
and the girl that service her hav a v bad attitude......

but i'm de only 1 who's know what happen
事情是这样的。。。
about 2 weeks ago,
when 1 working and i received a call from customer (mrs bigelow)
me:Giant pharmacy,can i help you?
mrs bigelow :hi,i'm very upset about my son prescription.
me:what is your son name?
mrs bigelow:his name is XXX.i call in for refill 2 weeks ago and Dr have been fax to giant pharmacy 3 times.i have no idea why giant pharmacy didn't get it.
me:let me check it.....erm...i check my computer but it didn't show any record that Dr have fax for us.
mrs bigelow:what it that mean!!!!!(she start scuming)u need to check ur fax meshine!!!the Dr alrd send 3 times!!!can you call the Dr or what can u do for my son presciption!!!!!!he need it!!!!!!!
me:mam...
mrs bigelow:can i speak to the pharmisct?!!!
me:the pharmisct is helping the customer now.
mrs bigelow:who am i speak with now?
me:i'm a technician.i can fax again to the Dr for u if u wan......
mrs bigelow:the Dr get ur fax and alrd fax it back 3 times!!!!!!
me:mam!!!!we didn't receivedd anything from Dr office!!!!!anyway i can fax again for u.
mrs bigelow:can u call the Dr!!!!!!
me:normally the Dr want us to fax it but i'm gonna call the Dr for u.
mrs bigelow:ok,thanks.
现在又来投诉！！！
不过没人知道她说的那位性格超差的人就是我。。。
我真的不懂那些顾客这么就那么不明白我没的立场！！！
永远只会要求我们做着做那的！！！！

昨天被投诉，今天有差点把公司给毁了。。。。。。
今天拿着食物到休息室去烘热。
怎知刚烘，microware get fire.........
当时还真的白我给吓死了。。。。。。。。
急的把食物拿出来，可火还是在烧。。。。。
只好那旁边的书一直打一直得在打。。。
终于火免了。。。。。
真的把我吓死了！！！！！
